Week 1- Discovery Park

Place: Discovery Park in Green Valley
Cost: $0
Hours: 6am to midnight

Charlie playing on the train slide

Happy to hang in the park and be outside
Best for kids age: 1.5-10 (I only say one and a half so your little love can climb on his or her own but at 6 months Jocelyn loves to ride in the swings.)
Beach Volleyball

Racketball quarts.  There are tennis courts as well but I didn't get a picture of them.

Horseshoe

On the plus side: I am in love with the playground/park!  They playgrounds here have a sponge like ground so I don't worry too much when Charlie falls.  Discovery Park has two seperate play areas.  One designated for younger kids ( 5 and under) and one for older kids.  The playground for smaller kids is gated/fenced in.  There are swings and slides, as well as tunnels for the kids to climb in.  The big playground has several different slide, more swings, and a little rock climbing wall.

On the down side: Don't have any
Suggestions: Again, I don't have any.  However, one more point to rave on.  The playground has several  trees to provide shade as well as a tent like apparatus over the playground equipment so it doesn't get too hot in the summer sun.
Rating (on a scale of 1-5 stars) 5 stars
Go again? Already have been several times and will certainly be going again and again.
